• Product is near expiry (less than 3 months)

3. Reporting Timeline

• Report within 48 hours
• Late claims may not be accepted

4. Proof Required

• Clear photos/videos of product
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Invoice or order confirmation

5. Return & Replacement

• Returns are limited (consumable items)
• Replacement after verification
• Subject to stock availability
